Communication with our clients is important to us. We are 100 % committed to being available before, during, and after the sale. We schedule weekly communications to give updates, address any questions or concerns, and keep you informed throughout the process. If your property is tenanted, we can be your liaison.

We begin with an expert consultation. We have been working with the best stagers in Toronto for over a decade: lastdetail.ca. After a walk through of your space, they will help us provide you with a ‘to-do’ list of recommendations on how to improve your home’s visual presentation, and to create fabulous photo ops for your online listing and printed brochures.
Based on your timeline and your budget, you can choose to do some, or all, of the recommendations, trusting that every change you make will result in more potential offers, and a better sale price for your home.
Getting Great Photos
Once the house is perfectly staged, we capture the magic in photos. Eye-catching, professional photos are the key to success in listing, as most people browse extensively, and are more likely to book a showing if they like what they see online. More showings equals more offers, and results in a higher sale price for you. Our professional photographers help us get the best photos and virtual tours for marketing your home.
Digital Marketing
We share our listings with all Real Estate companies on the Toronto MLS and on realtor.ca to get maximum exposure. Our expert social media marketers use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google to target and connect with potential customers, locally and globally. We also share our listings directly to all Forest Hill Real Estate agents and our exclusive and extensive network of home buyers.
Print Marketing
Flyers and print media continue to be great marketing tools to showcase your listing. We create and distribute full colour, high-quality feature sheets and booklets for all of our listings, providing potential buyers with brochures highlighting your home’s features and giving them something to take with them after the showing.
